Artist Eva Struble will collaborate with Edible San Diego Magazine for a discussion in the Tower Gallery based on her work, Cover Crop, featured alongside the Niki de Saint Phalle: Mythical California exhibition. Admission is free as part of Escondido's monthly Second Saturday Art Walk.
