In Good Taste Series: Barnett Vineyards Wine Dinner
On May 9, Sally’s Fish House & Bar will host a Barnett Vineyards Wine Dinner as part of its wine-paired multiple-course dinner series, “In Good Taste.” Starting at 7 p.m., guests will enjoy a refined menu perfectly paired with Barnett Vineyards award-winning wines during a five-course dinner. Join Barnett Vineyard’s National Sales Manager, William Dale, as he leads an introductory lesson to pairing premium wines with fresh, sustainable dishes. Menu highlights include scallop crudo, herb garlic prawns, fig & prosciutto stuffed quail, sous vide prime beef short rib and white chocolate raspberry merlot bombe. Guests can delight in waterfront dining at its finest either outside on the restaurant’s recently expanded deck amongst warm fire pits, or from inside the dining room and bar, which features floor-to-ceiling windows for unobstructed exposure to San Diego’s stunning bayfront.
