Farm-to-table goes first class at Grant Grill with the launch of the fine-dining restaurant’s new Special Ingredient Tasting Dinner Series.

This month, Grant Grill will kick off their seasonal special ingredient tasting dinner series highlighting select ingredients from the seasons bounty. From March 28 - April 2, Chef Mark Kropczynski will be offering a spring-inspired Morel Mushroom and White Asparagus Tasting Dinner as the first dinner in the line up. Standout selections from the special ingredient menu include an amuse bouche of white asparagus puree with morel mushroom dust, followed by dishes such as Santa Barbara abalone, white asparagus, crispy prosciutto, fava beans; roasted veal loin with morel mushroom spaetzle noodle, spring onions and spring peas; and morel mushroom and honey soufflé with candied white asparagus.
