Special Ingredient Dinner Series: Soft Shell Crab and Iberico Pork
Executive Chef Mark Kropczynski is taking surf and turf to a new level of epicurean delight with his Soft Shell Crab and Iberico Pork Tasting Menu, available May 31 - June 9. Menu highlights include fried soft-shell crab with a Hawaiian sweet roll, summer vegetable slaw and old bay fingerling chips; pea tendril salad with sugar snap peas, smoked carrot puree, Cabacera pork shoulder, and warm Iberico belly vinaigrette; and tempura soft-shell crab with kimchi ramps, gochujang aioli, sesame dubu and pickled radish.
