Sukkot Harvest Festival is the Coastal Roots Farm's biggest event of the year! At the Festival we celebrate the Jewish tradition of gathering community outdoors to mark the end of summer harvest and welcome the rainy season.

Sukkot will include a variety of activities and workshops in four original sukkah structures designed by the NewSchool of Architecture & Design. You can look forward to lulav making, singing, cooking workshops, instrument design, fall harvest tastings, live music, farm education talks, and much more. Local food vendors will provide tasty fare, and an ambrosia garden for ages 21+ offers Boochcraft, Gold Coast Mead, and Lost Abbey beer. Our Farm Stand will be open during the event so that you can shop for hand-picked, organic produce straight from the Farm.

Ticket prices are suggested donations and—like our Farm Stand produce—are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. Our suggested donation tickets are $18 for adults and $9 for children. We are committed to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to fresh, locally grown, organic produce as well as opportunities for education and community building. All donations will go toward Farm programs, and attendees will have the opportunity to choose where on the Farm your donation will go.
