Wild Willow Farm's 7th Birthday Dinner
Seven courses with wine pairings by seven top chefs
Chef Steve Brown has crafted a 7th anniversary dinner for Wild Willow Farm, offering a rustic-elegant dining experience mere feet from where the meal's produce, herbs and garnishes are lovingly grown.
He's gathered seven of the west coast's top chefs, each creating their own course using the highest quality proteins and freshly harvested produce from Wild Willow's fields. Each course will be paired with a quality local wine.

This meal is not vegetarian. It will feature the highest quality, sustainably and humanely raised meats and wild-caught seafood available. Each chef will be the master of one course -- one protein -- ensuring that what is served is as good as it gets. (Meats are not raised by Wild Willow Farm).
All proceeds support Wild Willow Farm's non-profit educational mission to practice and teach people how to grow food using environmentally responsible methods. These regenerative farming practices are not just good for the environment, they create an inspiring, natural setting while growing the most flavorful food possible.
We're excited to put Wild Willow produce into the able hands of these skilled chefs, and for you to explore new levels of what is possible with food. This will be a memorable dining experience for everyone.
