CSA Sunday Supper: J.R. Organics
What better way to cook in-season than with recipes direct from San Diego County farms?
Beautiful little bunches of red and white radishes in the J.R. Organics CSA box this week inspired us to look at the little root vegetables in a new way. Rather than pickling them, dipping them in butter and salt, or simply slicing them over a fresh salad (all great options), we decided to make them the star of our Sunday supper, served roasted alongside a perfect, pan-seared steak. The apple and rosemary tucked in the weekly box congured up visions of a savory-sweet dessert to finish things off.
