This recipe is for a Fresh and Easy Salsa, which is exactly how it sounds...fresh and easy.

Ingredients for

Fresh and Easy Salsa

3 vine ripened tomatoes, quartered

1/2–1 large jalapeño, rough chopped*

1/2 yellow onion, rough chopped

juice of 1 lime

1 clove of garlic

1 large handful fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

* Depending on your heat preference, remove seeds for less heat.

Instructions for

Fresh and Easy Salsa

Note: It's best to prepare salsa 6 hours prior to service. Letting your salsa sit for a minimum of 6 hours, intensifies the flavor profiles and creates an even tastier salsa.

Grind all above ingredients in a food processor for about 30 seconds. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Add more salt and or pepper to taste. If salsa becomes too watery, you can drain excess liquid before serving.

Seriously, that's it. Simple, easy, fresh. There will be no turning back.
